I graduated from Laurel Institute for Dental Assistants in 2008 and joined Majestic Dental shortly after. I assist Dr. Lear with all aspects of patient care, as well as sterilization, laboratory work, ordering supplies, and equipment maintenance.
My favorite part of my job is interacting with patients throughout the day. I also enjoy my close working relationships with all of my co-workers. We are a close-knit group and have fun while getting our jobs done!
I’m a mother of four great kids! I stay busy taking care of my small hobby farm raising goats. I also enjoy traveling whenever I can.
I attended Laurel Institute for Dental Assistants, graduating in 2016, and joined Majestic Dental in 2017. I assist with patient care, making sure that all patients are informed about their upcoming procedures and aftercare and are as comfortable as possible.
The best parts of my days are when I interact with our patients and help them have an amazing experience in our office. I enjoy working with awesome people—we work hard but know how to have fun!
At home, I have a six-year-old son, Lucas. We love playing outside, going to the park, and reading. I stay active by playing volleyball and kickball for fun.
I help to ensure that our practice runs as smoothly as possible. This includes attending to accounts receivable, patient treatment, and managing the front office. I love the accounting side of my job, working with insurance companies and getting the most benefits for patients with their insurance.
It’s been a pleasure to be a part of Majestic Dental since 1999. I love working with Dr. Lear and the rest of the team because we are all team players. We know how to get work done but have a great time having doing it. We are all great friends!
I have been married for 25 years and have three wonderful boys. As a family, we enjoy spending time together, going to Cardinal and Blues games, and having lots of summer BBQs.
Front Desk/Insurance Coordinator/Dental Assistant
I have worked at Majestic Dental since 1997. I am cross-trained in both the front office and the clinic, so you may find me greeting you when you walk in, calling insurance companies on your behalf, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling your next appointment, and even assisting Dr. Lear with your care.
I really enjoy helping patients in regards to treatment and their expenses. I want each patient to have the best possible experience here! We are a team and a family here at Majestic. We work so well together, enjoy being around each other, and are all dedicated to helping patients smile!
I am married with two boys, Quinten and Max, who keep us busy with their soccer schedules. When we do have some down time, we enjoy our Florida vacations and spending time with our family and friends.
I went to Laurel Institute for dental assisting school, graduating in 2009, and joined Majestic Dental soon after. Most of the time, I can be found in the back office helping Dr. Lear with procedures. I am kind and compassionate, and want all patients to have a gentle dental experience.
One of my goals is to have great communication with our patients so they are informed about their health and at ease during their procedures. Everyone here works together to make our office environment calm and professional, but also as fun as possible!
I love my family! I do not have children of my own but I love spoiling my nieces and nephews! I work out several times a week, and in the summer, I play volleyball. I also have a 13-year-old yellow lab who is just the sweetest!
I completed my dental assisting program in 2017 and since then, have gained an amazing amount of knowledge and experience working chairside with Dr. Lear. In addition to assisting him during procedures, I also work at our front desk answering phones and setting up appointments. I enjoy meeting and getting to know patients personally, and making them feel comfortable and safe here.
I love working with Dr. Lear because he is easy going, makes work enjoyable, and is always looking out for our patients and us. The rest of the team is like family and they make me look forward to every day I come into work. They know how to make work fun, while also buckling down and getting things done!
I’m the oldest of six kids in my family. I also have two big Great Danes that might as well be a part of the family. In my free time, I love to working out and anything related to bettering myself physically and mentally.
